At Assisi our endeavour is to help the students to achieve academic excellence. However, this is only one and not the only aim. We envisage a value-based education with emphasis on moulding the personality of the students to create confident, competent and morally and socially mature individuals who will always be a credit to the society and the world they live in. The School encourages the students in both their academic and co-curricular pursuits while also aiming at moulding them into confident, efficient citizens capable of coping with both practical and ideological situations in life. The Education provided aims at harmonious growth of physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the students' personalities.
The School is affiliated to the C.B.S.E. (Aff. No. 930138 & School Code 06678). Students are prepared for the AISSE and AISSCE Courses.
NCERT BOOKS ARE FOLLOWED FOR ALL SECTIONS AND ALL SUBJECTS.
The Primary Classes from I to V are housed in separate blocks. There are five divisions each. In addition to the usual subjects of English, Language (Hindi / Malayalam), Mathematics and Environmental Studies, the students are also given classes in English Conversation, Singing, Music, Dance, Drawing, Craft, Computer Science, P.T., Karate, etc.
FOR CLASSES 1 & 2 THE SCHOOL FOLLOWS A NO HOME WORK POLICY.
The Secondary Classes from VII to XII are housed in the Main Building. At present there are five divisions each for Classes VI to X. The following subjects are taught :

The first batch of Class X students wrote the All India Secondary School Examination in March 1999 with cent percent pass. The academic performance has been improving every year with each successive batch bettering previous performances. As per the new CCE Scheme of Studies, however, there will be no Board Exam conducted except for those who wish to leave the CBSE Stream. Students are assessed based on a Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation scheme introduced by CBSE from the year 2009 onwards.
The Higher Secondary Section of the School was started in 1999. There are three divisions for Class XI and XII. There are both Science and Commerce streams under the C. B. S. E Course of studies with the following subjects being offered and students being prepared for the All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (AISSCE)
